Terms of Use

This website is owned and operated by Kraft Foods Sverige AB, a subsidiary of Kraft Foods Inc ("Kraft Foods") and is made available to you for informational purposes. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you should not use this Site.

Your Use of the Site
Unless otherwise specified, the Site is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site. You may display and electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material contained on the Site for your own non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Any other use of materials on the Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without the prior written permission of Kraft Foods, is prohibited.

Any material you download, including but not limited to software, files, graphics, data or any other content, is owned by Kraft Foods or its licensors. When you download these materials, they are provided to you by Kraft Foods under a licence that is revocable. Kraft Foods retains full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual property rights. You may not redistribute or sell the material, nor may you reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form usable by humans.

Material You Submit
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such material. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content onto the Site.

Except for any personally identifiable information we may collect from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, all remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics or other information that you communicate to Kraft Foods through this Site will become the property of Kraft Foods, even if this agreement is later terminated. Kraft Foods and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the materials you submit for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes, without any obligation to compensate you or others for the materials.

We are not providing investment advice through this Site, and the material on the Site should not be regarded as an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities of Kraft Foods Inc. This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from this Site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. Kraft Foods may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place. This is the entire agreement between you and Kraft Foods regarding all aspects of your use of this Site.

1. These terms and conditions relate to registration on the Tassimo Website ("myTASSIMO").
   
   
2. Your use of the www.tassimo.se website (and any content or benefits available via the website) is governed by our website terms of use.
   
   
3. There is no charge to register for myTASSIMO, but internet access and a valid email address are required.
   
4. To register you must be over 18 and a resident of Sweden.
   
   
5. Benefits may not be transferred.
   
   
6. Registration will run ongoing unless a cancellation is requested via the contact us page on the site.
   
   
7. Personal details submitted will be retained in accordance with Tassimo’s privacy policy, which is set out here.
   
   
8. Those registering will have the opportunity to choose to receive offers, discounts, competitions and events promoted via email, mail and online. Such activities may be subject to further terms and conditions, which will be made available at the relevant time.
   
   
9. Additional benefit for those Registering with a new TASSIMO machine - Online Shop Discount. For a limited time only, those registering after 1st November 2010 and entering a valid unique client or serial number from a Tassimo Brewer, will be entitled to receive a Discount Code offering a credit of 200 SEK towards any purchase made at the TASSIMO online shop.
   1. Discount Code will be sent to the email specified at time of registration. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of Discount Code.
   2. The discount can only be applied against one order, and no unused ‘value’ can be carried over, nor can it be applied against Post & Packing charges. A minimum spend of 200 SEK applies.
   3. Order must be placed within six weeks of the date of dispatch of the Discount Code communication.
   4. Offer is restricted to one Discount Code per myTassimo registration with a valid client or serial number and a maximum of four Discount Codes per household in any 12 month period. Invalid or incomplete client or serial numbers will not be accepted.
   5. Normal TASSIMO shop terms and conditions, including payment terms, apply to all orders made using the Discount Code.
   6. This offer may be subject to change or withdrawn at any time without notice.
   
   
10. TASSIMO will hold personal information related to myTASSIMO members' interests, reward choices, participation in promotions offers and competitions and visits to the myTASSIMO website (and its sub-sites). This information will be used for analysis and research as well as being used to optimise our choice of promotions.
    
    
11. Indemnity. By registering, you agree to indemnify and hold Tassimo, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, demand, claim or legal proceedings brought or threatened, including expenses of any character suffered or incurred arising out of your use of myTASSIMO or the Benefits in violation of these terms and conditions, and/or arising from your use of or conduct in regard to myTASSIMO or the benefits and/or a breach of these terms and conditions.
    
    
12. Choice of law and Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of the courts of England .
